ABOUT THE POSITION
Join our team as a Network Administrator and help keep the Court connected and running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver Tier 1-2 support, maintain and upgrade critical network hardware, and partner with staff and vendors to plan and execute infrastructure projects. You'll troubleshoot wireless, VPN, and connectivity issues, administer key platforms like SolarWinds and ThousandEyes, and keep our hardware inventory organized and up to date. TELEWORK OPPORTUNITIES
This position may be eligible for full or partial telework following an initial training period and contingent upon the needs of the Court.
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the final filing date of this bulletin:
OPTION I: Three (3) years of network operations experience, including supporting LAN/WAN environments, resolving network connectivity issues, assisting with hardware installation or replacement, and working with network monitoring or diagnostic tools.
OPTION II: Associate's degree or higher* in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, network engineering, or closely related coursework -AND- one (1) year of network operations experience, including supporting LAN/WAN environments, resolving network connectivity issues, assisting with hardware installation or replacement, and working with network monitoring or diagnostic tools.
Note: Credit for experience is based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a pro rate basis (e.g. working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience). Overtime does not count toward additional credit.

MegaFlex Benefit Plan
Benefits may be purchased using a tax-free monthly benefits allowance of 14.5% or 17% of the employees monthly salary or $1,300.00, whichever is greater.
