Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.

Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.

Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.

Participate in on-call and major incident support activities

Support hybrid network environments.

Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Support data center network operations and maintenance

Salary upto : 115K/annum + benefits
