Network Administrator

Job Objective: The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across all systems and locations.

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data and systems.
  
• Manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  
• Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades to ensure system reliability and security.
  
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with IT team members to support business-critical IT tasks and projects.
  
• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network-related issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Monitor and manage network backup and recovery processes.
  

Requirements

• Network design, implementation, and management.

• VPN technologies and remote access solutions.
  
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds).
  
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  
• Cloud networking and hybrid cloud solutions.
  
• Ability to integrate and manage on-premises and cloud network environments.
