We do the right things, and we get things done. Examples of Duties We're seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you'll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help shape a secure, connected, and forward-looking technology environment. End User Support & Workstations + Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person. + Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations. + Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations. Microsoft 365 & Security + Administer M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups (Distribution and Security. + Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels. MDM/MAM & Intune + Enroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune. + Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices. Network & Telephony + Monitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points. + Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed. + Configure and support Teams Phone for voice. Server & Virtualization + Assist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix). + Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments. + Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity. Meeting & On-Call Support + Assist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings). + Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours). Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: + Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field; AND + Five (5) years of responsible network management, computer systems, systems analysis, or related experience Supplemental Information Union Representation: This position is not represented by a union.
