Job Description
Network AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Network Analyst to support enterprise network environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, administer, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available network solutions.
- Manage routing, switching, firewalls, and network security technologies.
- Support cloud networking, connectivity, routing, and load-balancing solutions.
- Monitor network performance and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support network upgrades, projects, implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Follow IT service management, security, and change management best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on network initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience- 5 years of hands-on network administration, troubleshooting, design, or architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, routing, switching, and security.
- Experience with on-premises and cloud networking environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with network security, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Experience working within formal change management or IT service management processes.
- Relevant networking certifications are an advantage.
