Install, configure, and upgrade Cisco VoIP and networking solutions to support the organization’s computer networks and systems. Configure, monitor, and maintain local and wide area networks, including servers and operating systems, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Implement and manage network security protocols such as SSL and VPNs to safeguard data, review system logs, and ensure completion of scheduled tasks including system backups. Analyze network resource utilization, manage user access, install and update software, and troubleshoot issues related to Exony VIM, dialing and routing, and CUCM user configurations.
