Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

- 5+ years of experience in transportation design, networking, applications, and integration
- 5+ years of experience in network and network security design and implementation
- 5+ years of experience with:
- TCP/IP
- Network security protocols
- Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
- VLANs, MPLS, VRF
- Cisco SD-WAN
- SNMP
- Wireless infrastructure (URWB, WiFi, Cellular, 4G/5G)
- Cisco FTD/FMC
- 5+ years of experience with:
- Cisco XDR
- Cisco Secure Access
- Cisco Secure Endpoint
- Cisco Network Analytics
- Cisco ISE
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and ITS profile
- 5+ years of experience supporting:
- Traffic signal controllers
- Conflict monitors
- Traffic preemption devices
- Traffic sensors
- CCTV and video camera systems
- Connected vehicle technologies
- Experience with Cisco Cybervision
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center
- Experience with Cisco ZTNA
- Cisco Certification (CCNP or higher preferred)
- Implement and document network changes for assigned tasks
- Assist with macro and micro network segmentation design and implementation
- Integrate OT network segmentation with IT network segmentation
- Support implementation of OT security hardware and software
- Develop network security assessment requirements for IT and OT devices
- Respond to network outages and security incidents
- Provide weekly status reports to the Network Services Manager
- Participate in secure network architecture planning and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience
- Fully onsite role in Columbia, SC
- Statewide travel may be required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
