All Lines Technology is seeking an experienced Network Architect with deep expertise in Aruba and SD-WAN to support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network and communications environments for our clients. This role focuses primarily on SD-WAN architecture and network design, with secondary responsibility for firewall technologies and support of Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings architect-level SD-WAN experience, strong network security knowledge, and working expertise in Cisco Voice technologies. Candidates who possess all areas of expertise are considered highly desirable.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead architect for Aruba SD-WAN solutions, including design, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.
  • Develop end-to-end network architecture plans for WAN, LAN, and voice-enabled environments.
  • Design, implement, and support network security solutions, with a focus on Cisco firewall platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies for scalable, secure, and high-availability network and communications infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and support network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN edge devices.
  • Provide escalation-level troubleshooting for SD-WAN, routing, firewall, and network performance issues.
  • Analyze and enhance network security protocols, policies, and best practices.
  • Support and maintain Cisco Unified Communications environments, including CUCM and Cisco Voice infrastructure, as part of the broader network ecosystem.
  • Design and support voice and call routing integrations, including SIP and PRI trunking, as needed.
  • Evaluate new technologies and products; provide recommendations for architecture improvements and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and architectural diagrams.
  • Collaborate closely with voice, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise network environments with a strong emphasis on WAN architecture.
  • Architect-level experience designing and supporting Aruba SD-WAN solutions.
  • Solid hands-on experience with network security and firewall technologies, preferably Cisco firewalls.
  • Strong background in network planning, architecture design, and engineering.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Experience evaluating new technologies and documenting technical standards and architectures.
 
Preferred / Ideal Qualifications
  • Candidates with combined expertise in Aruba SD-WAN, Cisco firewalls, and Cisco Voice are considered ideal
  • Experience with inbound and outbound call routing using SIP and PRI trunking
  • Background in multi-site or enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
