Network/ AV Project Manager (HYBRID, NYC)

We are seeking an Infrastructure PM with experience supporting network deployments, AV implementations, with 10+ years of relevant project management experience. This experience MUST come from office builds and/or office relocations. This role requires 3-days onsite in downtown NYC.

Description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading office build and relocation projects, including network, telecommunications, and AV deployments. This position requires a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery and is based onsite in Downtown Manhattan three days per week.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of defined objectives and deliverables.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational standards.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, ensure quality standards are met, and conduct post-project evaluations with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading corporate office buildouts, relocations, and workplace technology initiatives; 10+ years of total PM experience needed
• Experience managing network infrastructure projects, including structured cabling, WAN/LAN connectivity, wireless deployments, telecommunications, and circuit coordination.
• Strong understanding of A/V technologies, including conference room systems, video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and meeting room integrations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, facilities personnel, and technology stakeholders throughout all phases of a project lifecycle.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
• Experience within enterprise or financial services environments is highly desirable.
