Network Controller - 160031

Responsibilities: : Proactively investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts using available documentation and research. Diagnose circuit issues using router commands, loopback tests, error/alarm analysis, and other troubleshooting methods. Monitor network performance using specialized tools; escalate issues as needed. Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy. Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network infrastructure. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience . Practical experience with LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, VPNs, and wireless networking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent). Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret .
