ROLE IMPACT
The Network Development Data Entry Coordinator supports the Health Plan’s Network Development Department by ensuring provider information is accurately maintained and fully updated. This role plays a critical part in strengthening provider networks, improving data integrity, and supporting credentialing workflows. Success in this position ensures accurate provider records, smoother credentialing processes, and reliable information for internal stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete high-volume data entry for the Network Development team with speed and accuracy
• Create, update, and maintain provider files and related documentation
• Enter MSOW credentialing data and review status trackers to identify and resolve missing information
• Research and collect required provider details to ensure complete and accurate records
• Maintain consistent attention to detail while managing multiple data points and system updates
• Take initiative as a self-starter, proactively seeking solutions and ensuring tasks are completed on time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated experience with data entry or administrative tasks requiring high accuracy
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes
• Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to identify incomplete or incorrect data
• Self-starter with the initiative to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability in managing information
• Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or provider data environments
• Familiarity with provider network development processes
• Strong research and data validation abilities
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• MSOW or credentialing systems (experience entering credentialing data preferred)
• Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
• Internal databases, trackers, and documentation tools
• Email and communication platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
3+ years experience data entry at a high level
