Network Development Specialist with AI experience (NOT AN IT JOB - NOT REFERRING TO COMPUTER NETWORKS)

EWINGS, INC. | Minneapolis, MN preferred

Position Summary We are looking for healthcare provider network development professional who leads with strong AI skills and backs it up with experience in provider contracting and outreach. If you are not actively using AI as a core part of how you work, this role is not the right fit. If you are an IT Network Engineer or Systems Administrator this is NOT the job for you. We help build "networks" of healthcare providers - meaning doctors, hospitals, etc. Not connecting computer systems.

AI proficiency - this comes first. Basic search use does not qualify. We expect:

  • Advanced prompting and the ability to build structured, context-rich workflows
  • Active use of project folders inside your AI accounts
  • Custom configuration of AI tools including system prompts, custom GPT's, and workspace settings, personal preference settings, skills, use of connectors, additions to your account knowledge base.
  • Integration of AI across daily tasks including research, documentation, and outreach
  • Agent or automation building is a strong differentiator -- tell us if you have built anything and what code editor did you use.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to physicians, specialists, and facilities to support network adequacy and gap closure
  • Negotiate and execute provider contracts in alignment with health plan requirements
  • Manage provider records and pipeline activity in CRM
  • Prepare market reports, correspondence, and contract documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams on network submissions and deliverables

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in provider network development or managed care contracting
  • Familiarity with provider data, specialty types, and health plan network standards
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Minneapolis, MN area preferred

Note on applications: Submissions are evaluated in our applicant scoring system. Resumes that do not align with this posting will negatively impact your score in our system. Please only apply if you genuinely meet the qualifications listed.
