Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network DevOps (NetDevOps) Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure, cloud networking, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless infrastructure, cloud networking, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Network Operations

• Provide SME support and day-to-day administration for global LAN/WAN, routers, switches, SD-WAN devices, and wireless infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise networking environments across Cisco, HPE, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, network performance, capacity, and user-access issues.
• Support network alerts and resolve production connectivity incidents.

2. Network Lifecycle & Patch Management

• Execute network device configuration management, firmware upgrades, IOS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Plan and implement network changes in accordance with established Change Management and ITIL processes.
• Maintain network infrastructure security, availability, and performance.

3. Network Automation & Infrastructure as Code

• Use Ansible and Terraform to automate network provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.
• Create, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network and cloud environments.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Implement cloud networking through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

4. Cloud & Network Engineering

• Design, implement, and support Azure and AWS cloud networking.
• Support cloud-hosted VM networking requirements and connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and network security solutions.
• Work with third-party vendors, ISPs, and OEMs to resolve connectivity and hardware-related issues.

5. Incident & Performance Management

• Respond to network alerts and production incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance and capacity and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

• Experience with IPAM, DNS, and DHCP administration.
• Experience with Out-of-Band (OOB) management solutions such as Opengear.
• Experience administering F5 Load Balancers.
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security, including Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Willingness to work off-hours/weekends when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
