Job Title: Network Engineer 958
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90063
Assignment type: Temporary - 12 months
w/ high chance of extension or hire
Pay rate: $30-$35/hour
Description:- Lead support of complex network and server operating systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Oversee network/voice design, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and security.
- Configure, monitor, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain networks and IP-based services, including voice, video, and data.
Qualifications:- Advanced knowledge of network monitoring tools, protocols, security, technologies, infrastructure, and topologies.
- Support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, servers, storage, email, telephony, and disaster recovery systems.
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing, installing, and maintaining network infrastructure in a high-availability IT environment.
- At least 1 year of lead experience.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field; additional qualifying experience may substitute year-for-year.
Additional Requirements:- 3 years of experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, including template development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across hundreds of remote sites.
- 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a service-provider network.
- Cisco CCNP and CCNA certifications required.
