Overview:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with strong expertise in AWS networking and load balancing. This role focuses on managing and optimizing traffic distribution, leading load balancer migrations, and ensuring high availability andperformance across environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Elastic Load Balancing (ELB)
  • Expert-level understanding of application traffic across Layer 4-7
  • Proven experience in load balancer migration projects
  • Familiarity with AVI Load Balancer (NSX Advanced Load Balancer) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and schedules
  • Ability to support hardware installations/movements when required
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage AWS load balancing solutions
  • Analyze and optimize traffic across network layers (L4-L7)
  • Lead and execute load balancer migration initiatives
  • Troubleshoot complex networking and application delivery issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Maintain high standards of customer support and service delivery
