To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team a Network Engineer (Customer ICT)\n \nYour role: As a Network Engineer at Bally's Intralot you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced (3rd level) technical support for Bally's Intralot global projects, addressing network-related issues both remotely and on-site.\n \nMore specifically, some of your main tasks will be:\n \nNetwork Monitoring and Maintenance\n\n Monitor and maintain network-related equipment across all sites, responding promptly to alerts and outages\n \n\n Contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions while enhancing the resilience of current network environments.\n \n\n Establish and manage network environments by designing system configurations, directing system installations, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.\n \n\n \nOptimizing Network Performance\n\n Maximize network performance by monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting network issues and outages, and scheduling and implementing upgrades.\n \n\n Collaborate with network architects on optimization initiatives and configure routing, switching, and load-balancing devices.\n \n\n Upgrade network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.\n \n\n \nDocumentation and Housekeeping\n\n Implement and coordinate housekeeping activities\n \n\n Maintain updated network documentation and designs.\n \n\n
