Responsible for designing, analyzing, and supporting complex network systems, including LAN/WAN/MAN, wireless, and security infrastructure.
Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and project management for network installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Ensures network performance, reliability, and security by monitoring, capacity planning, and evaluating new products.
Interfaces with vendors, oversees outsourcing partners, and maintains positive relationships with stakeholders.
Requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of network experience, and skills in Cisco technologies, network protocols, and diagnostic tools. Cisco certifications preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
Participates in on-call rotation and performs other related duties as needed.
