Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting data, voice, and video networks, resolving complex internetwork issues, updating older systems, and providing escalated Tier-2 and Tier-3 support.
The role involves designing and implementing networks such as LAN, CAN, and voice systems, configuring network hardware like routers, switches, and PBX systems, and documenting network layouts.
Qualifications include an Associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience, a DoD IAT level II certification, and CCNA or higher. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Brocade devices is a plus.
