Your Impact As a Network Engineer, you will help design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the network infrastructure that keeps Accelevation connected. You will support secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across the enterprise while working with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, authentication services, and related infrastructure. This mid-level individual contributor role combines hands-on technical execution with troubleshooting, project support, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to strengthen network performance, security, and resiliency as Accelevation continues to scale. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position works across office, technology, and operational environments and requires regular use of computers, network equipment, and related infrastructure. Employees may need to move throughout company facilities to install, inspect, troubleshoot, or support networking equipment. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of computer work as well as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and frequent use of hands when working with network equipment and cabling. Employees may occasionally need to lift, carry, install, or relocate technology equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. The work environment generally has moderate noise levels, with occasional work in data rooms, manufacturing areas, or other operational environments.
