About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Network Engineers to join the Intuit team onsite in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, including Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Aruba wireless networking, and modern collaboration technologies such as Zoom and Poly video endpoints.

This is a highly hands-on role, requiring strong troubleshooting, implementation, and support skills to ensure reliable network operations in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise-level networking support and administration.
  • Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize HPE Aruba wireless networking, including site surveys, heat maps, and dead-spot analysis.
  • Support and maintain Zoom Room meetings and Poly video endpoints, ensuring seamless collaboration experiences.
  • Perform root cause analysis for network issues and provide long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement network improvements.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and compliance records.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of networking infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
  • Strong expertise with HPE Aruba wireless networking (heat maps, troubleshooting, dead-spot coverage).
  • Familiarity with Zoom Room technology and Poly video endpoints.
  • Solid foundation in enterprise networking concepts (LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, security).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications
  • Required certifications supporting Cisco ISE and Aruba.
  • Preferred: CCNA / CCNP (must provide certification ID# for active certifications).
