About the Role:

Join our team as a Network Engineer/NOC in Washington, DC, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.
Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

US Citizenship
Local to DC Metro Area
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration, including implementing and managing complex networks
Proven experience with routers, switches and firewalls
Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
CCNA or equivalent networking certification is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
