- Setup, configure, update, and troubleshoot of CCTV cameras and other video and audio surveillance equipment.
- Focused on Lenel S2 (Enterprise-wide access control system)
- Video Management System
- Milestone VMS and Briefcam is highly desired ((Enterprise-wide CCTV system)
- Dispatch and assist service technicians. (Assist from software terminal positions, they don't need to be physically at the doors)
- Monitor progress on repairs to CCTV cameras that have gone offline.
- Dispatch and assist security technicians. (Same as door maintenance, support from the software end.)
- Work with IT in certain situations to support physical security systems.
