Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless networking, VPNs, firewalls, and network security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Aruba wireless technologies, Cisco networking, network security, and troubleshooting complex enterprise environments. This role requires hands-on support, network monitoring, performance optimization, and participation in on-call support activities.
 
Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise computer networks including routers, switches, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and related hardware/software.
• Monitor network systems and performance to ensure optimal availability and reliability.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Aruba wireless environments, including Mobility Controllers, Access Points, and ClearPass.
• Execute Wi-Fi RF planning, wireless site surveys, coverage analysis, and performance tuning.
• Create and maintain firewall rules and network security policies.
• Implement and support network security solutions including 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP-TLS authentication, and role-based access controls.
• Configure and maintain routing and switching protocols in enterprise environments.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle maintenance for network devices.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve wireless, routing, switching, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and operational procedures.
• Report network status, issues, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Support network implementation, installation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies.
• Experience supporting Aruba wireless infrastructure, including Access Points, Mobility Controllers, and ClearPass.
• Experience with Wi-Fi RF planning, site surveys, and wireless optimization.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and network security technologies.
• Knowledge of network authentication protocols including 802.1X, RADIUS, and EAP-TLS.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass and wireless security implementations.
• Experience with SolarWinds, Wireshark, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting large enterprise network environments.
