We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our 24x7 infrastructure support team in Providence, RI. If you have a strong background in enterprise networking, data centers, cloud networking, and security, we'd love to hear from you!

Required Skills:

Cisco Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls & SD-WAN

Juniper Data Center Routing & Switching

Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect & AWS Cloud Networking

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Data Center, Campus, and Satellite Networks

• Support Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, AWS Cloud Networking, VPN, Wired & Wireless, and Firewall technologies

• Monitor, maintain, and enhance network and security infrastructure following industry best practices

• Deliver hands-on support for data center and campus networking environments

• Design, engineer, and implement enterprise network solutions

• Participate in an on-call support rotation

• Work within ITSM processes to ensure efficient incident and change management

Experience Required: 12+ years

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
