Seeking experienced Network Operations Team Member with strong technical and organizational skills.
Must have 6+ years in troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Cisco hardware, TCP/IP, routing protocols, and 4+ years with packet analysis tools like Wireshark, Sniffer, Netscout.
Responsibilities include supporting complex data networks, advanced troubleshooting, incident management, and team representation during major incident bridges.
Ability to work under pressure, in a Command Center environment, and during off-hours is essential.
Preferred qualifications include proficiency in firewalls, wireless, Telco circuits, and network management tools, excellent communication, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Minimal travel required. Candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across teams.
