Requirements
  • 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers
  • 30 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones
  • 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting network communications equipment
  • 60 Months of Experience conducting technical site surveys
  • 30 Months of Experience data cable installation/troubleshooting
Responsibilities
IT specialist will organize and schedule site visits to DOT facilities to identify their current network set up and determine what is needed to add a wireless network and VoIP phone system. IT specialist will document their findings and maintain requests in ITSM
