This contract role in St. Louis MO requires a Network Engineer with at least 10 years' experience in radio network design, implementation, and optimization across 4G and 5G systems, including technologies like LTE, NR, Massive MIMO, and mmWave. Leadership experience in large-scale projects is essential, along with expertise in planning tools (Planet EV, Atoll), optimization tools (TEMS, Actix), and drive data analysis. The candidate should understand layer 3 messaging, network tuning, and KPIs, with a focus on enhancing network performance and capacity. Strong communication skills, independence, and travel flexibility are also required. The role involves coordinating with client teams, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting network optimization initiatives. The position is onsite, lasting 18 months on a contract basis.
