Must have hands-on experience with SIP signaling, media analysis (RTP, codecs), secure voice protocols (TLS/mTLS, SRTP), and incident management.
Required skills include experience with Ribbon PSX, Cisco, Neustar, and analyzing SIP call flows, logs, and packet captures.
