About the Role: Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a skilled Network Infrastructure IT Deployment Technician to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA! In this hands-on role, you'll be at the forefront of deploying and maintaining cutting-edge network solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and install network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting of network connectivity and hardware issues
Execute structured cabling, patch panel terminations, and rack-and-stack equipment installations
Conduct site surveys and pre-deployment assessments to ensure readiness
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to meet deployment timelines
Document network configurations, installation procedures, and post-deployment reports
Perform firmware updates, system testing, and quality assurance checks on deployed equipment
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in network deployment, IT infrastructure, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking hardware
Familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking protocols
CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret network diagrams and technical documentation
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Atlanta metro area
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, professional demeanor
