Overview
To be considered, candidates should live within the Orlando area or within a commutable distance. The Network Repair Technician III is an experienced field role responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of network infrastructure at multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties served by the company. Building on Tech II competencies, this role adds fiber-optic work, point-to-point (PTP) wireless installations, and independent network troubleshooting. The Tech III resolves the majority of field issues without NOC assistance and serves as a senior on-site presence on multi-tech dispatches and as a mentor to Tech I and Tech II staff.
