Job Title: Network Lead
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Framingham, MA (Onsite from Day1)

Job Description:
Operational Ownership (BAU)
  • Own end to end infrastructure operations across assigned towers or environments.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and stability of infrastructure services.
  • Enforce runbooks, SOPs, SLAs, and OLAs across L1/L2/L3 teams.
  • Monitor service health dashboards and proactively address risks.

2. Incident, Problem & Major Incident Management
  • Act as primary escalation point for critical (P1/P2) incidents.
  • Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and coordination.
  • Ensure timely root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
  • Drive reduction of repeat incidents through problem management.

3. Change & Release Management
  • Review and approve infrastructure changes, patches, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Ensure risk assessment, rollback planning, and blackout compliance.
  • Coordinate with application teams and business stakeholders for releases.
  • Validate post change stability and sign off.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with OEMs, cloud providers, and third party vendors.
  • Manage vendor performance, escalations, and service reviews.
  • Act as the single operational interface for customer stakeholders.
  • Present service health, risks, and improvement plans.
5. Governance, Compliance & Security
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise IT policies, security standards, and audits.
  • Support compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, DR, BCP, access controls).
  • Drive DR drills, backup validation, and resiliency planning.
  • Ensure audit readiness and closure of observations.

Job Title: Network Architect with SD-WAN Fortinet
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Burlington County, NJ , 08010 (Onsite from Day1)

Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Candidate should posses below strong skillset and experience.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in L3 Network and Firewalls
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in troubleshooting, problem and performance analyzing
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in Fortinet SDWAN, Cisco Routing & Switching, Data center Nexus 7K, 5K, 9K and 2ks, F5 Load balancers,
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in Palo Alto Firewall, Global protect Remote Access VPN and Forti SASE VPN, Cisco & Aruba Wireless controllers and Access points
  • Good knowledge and working experience of network in-depth traffic analysis with Wireshark
  • Good experience on SolarWinds & Science Logic monitoring tool
  • Knowledge and working experience of Bandwidth and performance analysis tools (SolarWinds & Science Logic monitoring tool)
  • Hands-on experience of various routing and switching protocols -EIGRP,OSPF,BGP and QOS, STP, HSRP, RPR,RPR+,SSO
  • Hands on experience with QOS configuration and troubleshooting and various router/switch redundancy/failover protocols - HSRP,RPR,RPR+,SSO etc
  • Understanding of TACAS and RADIUS authentication
  • Good understanding and Experience on WLAN technology (802.11a/g/n)
  • Good understanding and Experience on Cradle point
  • Experience in handling of 2 factor authentication ( RSA Authentication Manager)
  • Understanding of Infoblox DNS and DHCP designs and hands on knowledge on IP management tools

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Should be an Architect and L3 Sr. Network Engineer in driving Transformation, migrartion & Project activities right from Design phase to Implementation phase.
