Job Description:

• This is a leadership role supporting mission-critical network infrastructure and enterprise networking operations within a highly secure environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network architecture, engineering, security, routing and switching, firewall management, and enterprise network modernization initiatives.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure enterprise network infrastructures supporting mission-critical operations
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineering teams responsible for enterprise networking solutions
• Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies across the enterprise environment
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, implementation plans, technical specifications, and operational procedures
• Ensure network environments meet security, scalability, performance, and availability requirements
• Implement and manage network security technologies including IPSec, SSL, and firewall rule management
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues while conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Support secure enterprise and mission-critical environments while ensuring adherence to organizational and security standards
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure modernization and network enhancement projects
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure network resiliency and operational continuity
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical direction to engineering team members
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to network architecture, performance, and security posture
