Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Should possess strong expertise in enterprise networking, wireless technologies, cybersecurity, and OT/IT integration, with hands-on experience in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, firewalls, load balancers, cloud networking, and network monitoring/observability platforms. The role requires experience supporting manufacturing technologies and industrial environments, including plant-floor connectivity, wireless infrastructure, automation systems, and operational resilience. The Network Manager should also be proficient in network automation, ITIL processes, major incident management, change governance, vendor management, capacity planning, and leading cross-functional technical teams, driving operational excellence, service reliability, continuous improvement, and strategic technology initiatives across the enterprise network landscape

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud, and Network Security environments.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network architecture, ensuring scalability, resiliency, performance, and security.
  • Lead network operations teams responsible for incident, problem, change, event, and service request management, while ensuring operational excellence and service stability.
  • Drive adherence to ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability, and Configuration Management, ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for major incidents, leading Service Restoration Bridges (SRBs), root cause analysis, corrective actions, and service restoration efforts.
  • Lead initiatives in network automation, observability, monitoring, and analytics to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance enterprise-wide visibility.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to support technology deployments, modernization programs, and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with strategic vendors, service providers, and OEM partners, ensuring service quality, technology alignment, budget adherence, and contractual compliance.
  • Monitor and report on network performance, availability, capacity, SLA/KPI attainment, operational risks, and continuous improvement initiatives to leadership stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams through coaching, performance management, knowledge-sharing, succession planning, and professional development programs.
  • Establish and govern operational excellence programs focused on reducing incidents, improving change success rates, enhancing customer experience, strengthening process compliance, and driving continual service improvement.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps, lifecycle management strategies, hardware refresh programs, and network modernization initiatives aligned with business and manufacturing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, network segmentation policies, vulnerability management programs, and industry best practices to protect enterprise and manufacturing environments

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
