    Description

    Details: Stefanini, Inc. seeks a Network Manager in Southfield, MI to oversee the individuals who lead internal network related projects from initiation to delivery, while engaging on a technical level to ensure project success. Manage and prioritize the project stream, collaborate with internal customers to define project scope and business requirements while working on incident response when necessary and managing a team of professionals. Provide technical leadership to ensure objectives are in line with the company''s strategy. Engage in strategic planning supporting global initiatives in Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure to meet organizational needs, including LANs, WANs, and virtual networks. Implement and maintain data security on the LAN/WAN. Implement, integrate, and support customer and LAN/WAN integrations/automations. Monitor the performance of the network platform and make technical recommendations on improvements if necessary. Evaluate the relationships with vendors and service providers for network hardware, software, and services. Ensure that the network complies with relevant regulations and organization policies and enforce these policies across the organization. Prepare and present reports on network performance, incidents, and security management, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. Prepare budgets for network hardware, software, and maintenance. Execute performance reviews of the team and provide feedback to individuals. Continuously work on cost saving efforts and general improvements to the infrastructure using existing and new technologies. Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery, and provide expert support.
