Assist with emergency situations and customer requests.
Qualifications
Trade school or associate degree preferred.
2 years experience in network operations or a related field.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools and software.
Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Willingness to work flexible schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
