About the role:
As the Recruiting Operations Supervisor, you will lead the execution and alignment of recruiting and staffing efforts. You'll oversee a team of Recruiting Coordinators and Specialists, ensuring day-to-day hiring runs smoothly while also supporting broader workforce planning and staffing strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop a team supporting recruiting and staffing operations, including hiring, performance management, and coaching
- Partner with Recruiting and business leaders to align hiring activity and staffing plans to business demand
- Analyze hiring and staffing data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making
- Evaluate and enhance recruiting, selection, and staffing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure accurate candidate tracking, dispositioning, and compliance with all applicable guidelines and laws
- Support broader staffing initiatives and operational priorities as needed
What you need:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Customer-service mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL/PBI a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
