Uses subject matter expertise to diagnose and solve issues and has some authority to deviate from standard operating proceduresRequired QualificationsMinimum BA or BS degree in Information Technology or related field. Requires three or more years' experience as a Network AdministratorAn additional five years of experience as a Network Administrator can be substituted for the lack of a degreeRequires knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network troubleshooting and support, operating systems and applications and network management.
