They perform site surveys, quality checks, assist in developing SPRIP, conduct pre-tests and acceptance tests, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. The role involves restoring facilities to their original or better condition and working independently or under supervision.
Required skills include a technical degree or equivalent experience supporting complex ISP/OSP networks, proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD, and a Secret clearance. Certification like BICSI is preferred.
