Network Project Manager - III

Join a leading company in the telecommunications industry as a Network Project Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and manage multiple projects with a focus on network asset decommissioning. Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small, medium, and some large and complex projects leveraging the Network Project Management framework.
• Must have: Developing end-to-end project plans to guide the decommissioning of network assets.
• Work with the program intake process, prioritize with business, and drive through to release delivery, ensuring accountability from various network teams, IT teams, vendor teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations defining the current and future state of business needs and project status to ensure project benefits are achieved upon delivery.
• Perform Project Management activities such as planning, sizing, defining units of work delivery, configuration, resourcing, and scheduling.
• Provide leadership reporting on projects through team status reports.
• Drive resolutions and project delivery through partnership with the business and key stakeholders.
• Lead discussions on projects, status, risk management, change management, and problem resolution, identifying and assigning actions for follow-up and/or leadership escalation.
• Direct the decommissioning of legacy network assets to ensure removal from the network.
• Lead project update meetings for leadership and find creative ways to problem-solve.
• Drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.
• Manage multiple projects within scope, on time, and budget.
• Focus on process and the customer experience (as applicable).

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing large multi-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
• Collaboration and communication skills with the ability to formulate communications appropriate for all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireless core applications and Telecommunication Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to project management.
• A PMI or Project management certification.
