Network Project Manager - III

Must Have Skills (Most Important):

• 5 years of network engineering experience
• Experience troubleshooting network elements
• Excellent organization skills - able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills - able to clearly and concisely set out issues, get the necessary specialists involved, and ensure a timely resolution

Desired Skills:

• Experience integrating cell sites
• Fiber experience
• Samsung USM experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of project management experience

Job Duties:

This role will provide technical support to the Network Engineering Project Management Team. You will be responsible for guiding macro and small cell modification projects from server installation to full integration and activation. Collaborate with internal and external teams to navigate projects through a multi-step process and ensure rapid resolution of issues. This role demands strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills as you will manage numerous projects, some requiring the involvement of multiple teams. Proactively track issues and develop long-term solutions to recurring challenges.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred

Logistics:

Standard 8-hour day, 5 days per week. This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays offer the flexibility to work from home or in the office. Candidates can be based at the Lewis Center, Bridgeville, Twinsburg, or Cincinnati offices.
