Join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a critical role in driving Inbound Colocation projects to completion on our company's owned Neutral Host Distributed Antenna Systems (NHDAS) in various venues such as stadiums, campuses, airports, and hospitals. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with a strong emphasis on detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive Inbound Colocation projects to completion on company-owned NHDAS in various venues.
- Track vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated and conform to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
- Work in multiple systems, with experience in telecommunication databases such as Fuze being a plus.
- Manage project budgets and participate in deployment calls with markets, vendors, third parties, and project teams.
- Ensure all parties are aware of project status and conduct deployment calls.

- Research background information related to contact/project issues, gather records and files, and compile information.

Job Duties
You will be the SME, POC, and liaison supporting inbound colocations from application through contract execution. This includes processing inbound applications, reconciling and managing the national database for your assigned markets, searching and compiling costs, design, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and obtaining necessary approvals while reaching deliverables. Partner with cross-functional business and financial leads in Operations, Network Finance, Legal, Submarkets, and Accounts Receivable to report on projects, statuses, and deliverables.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
