Job Description

Pay Range: $28.00hr - $33.00hr

Job Overview:

The Network Refresh Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing network infrastructure refresh and modernization activities across enterprise environments. This role involves upgrading end-of-life network equipment, implementing new network technologies, ensuring minimal business disruption, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. The candidate works closely with project managers, network architects, vendors, and operational teams to deliver network refresh projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute network hardware and software refresh projects.
  • Replace and upgrade switches, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls, and related network devices.
  • Perform site surveys and infrastructure assessments prior to refresh activities.
  • Coordinate maintenance windows and implementation schedules with stakeholders.
  • Validate network functionality before and after refresh activities.
