 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 Work Environment: 100% Onsite
 Contract Duration: Expected through 08/31/2026

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Specialist / Network Security Analyst II to support a large-scale enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environment. This role will focus on designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting RSA Archer solutions that align with enterprise security, risk, compliance, and governance initiatives.

 

This is a highly visible technical role supporting mission-critical enterprise GRC operations within a structured and security-focused environment.

 

Position Overview

The RSA Archer Specialist will work closely with Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, Data Privacy, and technical stakeholders to develop scalable Archer solutions supporting assessment, authorization, controls assurance, issue management, integrations, and continuous compliance monitoring.

 

The ideal candidate will have deep RSA Archer platform expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to translate complex governance and security requirements into technical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain RSA Archer solutions
  • Support:
    • Assessment & Authorization (A&A)
    • Controls Assurance
    • Issues Management
    • Custom Archer applications
    • Enterprise integrations
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
  • Translate requirements into:
    • Solution designs
    • User stories
    • Configuration specifications
    • Implementation plans
  • Configure Archer workflows, forms, questionnaires, approvals, calculations, and permissions
  • Develop and support REST API and web service integrations
  • Implement JavaScript and jQuery customizations within Archer applications
  • Support integrations with platforms such as:
    • ServiceNow
    • ITSM systems
    • CMDB platforms
    • Risk management tools
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
  • Maintain technical documentation and deployment records
  • Support change management and release processes
  • Provide user support, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation
  • Collaborate across security, compliance, IT, and business teams

 

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess one of the following certifications:
    • Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
    • Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator - Expert Certification
  • Strong hands-on RSA Archer administration and configuration experience
  • Experience with:
    • Archer architecture
    • Workflow design
    • Data models
    • Access controls
    • Application configuration
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems using:
    • REST APIs
    • Web services
  • Proficiency with:
    • JavaScript
    • jQuery
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
    • Security controls
    • Risk management frameworks
    • Compliance programs
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise or government GRC environments
  • Familiarity with:
    • NIST
    • ISO 27001
    • SOC frameworks
    • Regulatory compliance programs
  • Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow
  • Prior experience supporting Information Security or Compliance organizations
