Location: 100% REMOTE (occasional travel to New Jersey, Charlotte, NC, and Washington, DC)
This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational stabilization across interconnected security platforms and Production Support. The successful candidate will drive critical issues to closure while improving reliability and user connectivity within a challenging network security ecosystem.

Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot complex network security incidents affecting remote access, VPN connectivity, and user experience.
- Resolve production issues involving Palo Alto Networks, GlobalProtect, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Tanium platforms.
- Analyze security policy interactions across multiple technologies to identify root causes.
- Partner with client stakeholders and distributed support teams to drive issue resolution.
- Operationalize corrective actions to improve platform stability and service reliability.
- Support Zero Trust initiatives through hands-on administration and troubleshooting of secure access technologies.
