In this role, you will play a senior technical leadership role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving advanced network security controls that protect our enterprise against evolving threats. You will operate as a hands-on subject matter expert across critical network security platforms, embedding security by design and zero trust principles while enabling safe, predictable change at scale in a highly regulated environment. As a VP level engineer, you will influence platform architecture, engineering standards, and security outcomes across the global network estate, with clear ownership and visible impact. Production Network Engineering operates within the Network Product Design & Engineering domain at Barclays and is responsible for the design, build, and run of strategic network infrastructure platforms and connectivity services. In this role, you will partner closely with infrastructure, cloud, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to engineer secure, resilient services, drive modern engineering practices through automation and Infrastructure as Code, and act as a senior technical escalation point for complex security design and delivery challenges.

Minimum Salary: $170,000
Maximum Salary: $230,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
