Seeking a Network Service Engineer with 7+ years of experience for a long-term contract in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities include UAT design and execution, training Operations teams, troubleshooting network issues across route, switch, firewall, and datacenter environments, and monitoring system performance for reliability.
Must have familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), provide Level-2/3 support, and adhere to change management policies.
Required skills include CCNP or higher (CCIE preferred), strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN), and experience with Data Center networking and vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools is also essential.
