+ What You’ll Do

As the go-to IT support resource, you’ll provide end-to-end technical support for a large network project

Key Responsibilities



+ Serve as a primary support resource for network support


+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues


+ Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices


+ Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup


+ Maintain and support standard and custom system images


+ Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access


+ Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards


+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed








What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6+ Months of experience in:



+ IT support environments


+ Experience in a professional IT Support position (helpdesk/desktop support)


+ Strong communication and customer service skills (over the phone experience preferred)


+ Proven experience following detailed instructions and documentation for support tasks


+ Windows Active Directory, Office 365


+ Ticketing systems and queue management


+ Network and hardware troubleshooting


+ VPN and access support


+ Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
