Network Support

1. Client needs network support and monitoring resources based in India to cover US nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Two resources are needed initially for a three-year contract, requiring decent communication skills as they'll interact with Silver Lane and their clients.
3. The role involves opening tickets, handling and escalating outages and issues during India hours.
4. The position needs to be added to both the US job system as a Silverlane position and the India system as a PRI Global position.
5. The goal is to have resources and candidates to the client by Friday.

The working hours are 5 PM to 9 AM Mountain Standard Time, 16-hour window would likely require shift rotation between the two resources.
Resources will work in our PRI India Hyderabad office
