Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2 network support requests and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Administer Palo Alto and Panorama environments, coordinating with Security Operations teams on IPS, IDS, and firewall-related issues.
• Support remote access VPN operations including connectivity troubleshooting, client and connection profile configuration, access policies, certificate renewals, and integration with AAA and SSO providers .
• Validate AWS and GCP network configurations including VPCs, security groups, route tables, and virtual network appliances.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across interdependent systems, perform root cause analysis, validate dependent and downstream systems before closing tickets, and document findings and configuration changes.
• Support network deployments at corporate and manufacturing locations through device staging, configuration, and coordination with on-site teams and vendors.
• Monitor network performance and availability, identify anomalies, and escalate architecture-level or unresolved issues with complete technical context.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures while addressing documentation gaps and recurring operational issues.
• Apply secure network access practices, support routing and authentication technologies, participate in on-call operations.
• Use scripting or AI-assisted tools for documentation, research, and automation with appropriate validation.
