Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Network/System Engineer II to join our team. This role involves managing Unix OS and hardware, conducting new product research related to fault monitoring, and building self-healing automation systems. The position requires working on-site three days a week in a hybrid setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Netcool Operations Insight AIOPS platform
• Experience in deploying Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Network Manager, Probes, Gateways, Cognos Analytics in high-availability environments
• Strong knowledge of system and networking concepts
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, Shell, JavaScript
• Experience in developing probe custom rules and integrating with 3rd party systems

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SevOne Network Performance Management
• Financial services experience (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking) is a plus
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage Unix OS and hardware with various operating systems
• Build, test, and maintain Network Fault Monitoring systems
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for various network tools
• Provide break-fix support for network toolset
